About Jennifer Grant
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who provides psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adolescents, adults and couples who are in emotional pain and may suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties.
Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and addiction, I am sensitive to the shame that often accompanies addiction or disordered eating. I find that shame is often alleviated by shedding light on the complexity of these patterns and understanding the feelings and wishes and they were designed to avoid.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work from St. Catherine University/The University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in Addiction Studies from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies. My post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis through the Contemporary Freudian Society, New York City.
I am not in-network with any insurance plans, but can provide you with statements for any out-of-network benefits you may have. I prefer to discuss fees on an individual basis.
